In wake up of outrage over coronavirus, a physician from Assam’s Hojai district have given a clear message to all the pharmaceutical companies through a video.

In the video, noted physician Dr Aditya Langthasa requested all the pharma companies to stand united at this time of crisis and not to send any medical representative or business people to hospitals again and again, at least till March 31.

The physician further asked whether it is fascinating or it is a business.

“Why at this time when entire globe is fighting against coronavirus, medical representatives are being sent to hospitals for marketing?” he questioned.

“This is a big problem for India where population is more than 130 crores, One person’s mistake will destroy everything. At this juncture everyone should stand united to fight against this deadly disease,” he said.

He further said, “Now government, NGOs and private hospital are working day and night to stop the spread of this virus and break the chain of this epidemic.”

“Today in view of widespread coronavirus (Covid -19) outbreak, we are concerned about health and safety of our friends and their families. In society our top priority should always be our people,” told a medical representative.
