The third installment of the Northeast India Fashion Weekend will be held on February 24-25, at the Kiranshree Grand Hotel in Azara, Guwahati.
After the success of the first two installments of the event, the third edition of the fashion week aims to showcase the talent of various budding designers from the northeast and neighboring countries.
The organizers aim to promote northeastern handlooms and designs in the national and international markets.
The main attraction of this year is the participation of models and designers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.
More than 5000 people are expected to be present at the fashion extravaganza, making it a hub for fashion enthusiasts and designers alike.
Seminars by established designers of the country will be held for upcoming designers and after parties will provide them with the opportunity to unwind and interact with various designers from the region as well as the country.
