Vodafone customers, recharge for someone else and get 6 per cent cashback

Vodafone Idea, under its #RechargeforGood initiative, has announced a cashback of 6 per cent if a customer does an online recharge for another customer.

The offer is valid only if the recharge is done via MyVodafone or MyIdea App.

In a statement, the telecom giant informed that the offer can be availed by the customers not only by helping people in need but also by recharging for those who are unable to recharge their numbers online

“The current situation has impacted a large number of our prepaid customers who have been unable to step out and recharge and/or do not have access to the internet to recharge digitally,” reported India Today by quoting Vodafone Idea marketing director Avneesh Khosla.

Khosla further added that as a telecom company it was their constant endeavour to ensure seamless connectivity to all consumers even during these uncertain times.

“We are launching #RechargeforGood with the objective of enabling recharges for those subscribers who are having difficulty in recharging their phones during these unprecedented times,” India Today further reported.

Khosla further to all their digitally engaged Vodafone and Idea prepaid customers to do more than one recharge under the #RechargeforGood initiative.

The offer will be valid until April 30.
