The total COVID19 positive cases registered in Mizoram increased to 267 on Thursday.

According to the latest data on the state’s COVID19 status, shared by the directorate of information & public relations, Mizoram, on its Twitter handle on Thursday, out of the total 267 positive cases, detected in the state so far, 175 are male and 92 are female.

A total of 160 patients, who were earlier infected by COVID19, have been discharged from the hospitals after they were declared cured.

Mizoram currently has 107 active COVID19 patients, who are undergoing treatment in various Covid19 Care Centres or hospitals.

In Mizoram, currently 8 districts have active cases and there are no active patients in 3 other districts.

As per the data, Aizawl has 67 active cases, Lunglei has 16 active cases, Siaha has 6 active cases, Serchhip has 2 active cases, Lawngtlai  has 13 cases while Champhai, Kolasib and Mamit have 1 each active case.

Khawzawl, Ithabthial and Saitual districts currently have no active COVID19 case.
