A senior civil judge said, “The MHIP General Headquarters should be placed under suspension until proper election is conducted and new office-bearers are elected.”

The MHIP has been directed to submit all of its official seals to the court.

The election for a new committee of MHIP General Headquarters (2019-2022) was scheduled to be held on April 17, 2019 but it was postponed due to alleged irregularities on the part of the existing committee of the MHIP General Headquarters.
