The campaign is a  part of its COVID-19  precaution and awareness message series emphasizing boosting the immune system to stay healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Laughter and Happiness strengthen and boost the immune system. Researchers have found that laughter and happiness raise the level of infection-fighting antibodies in the body and boost the levels of immune cells, as well.

The prolonged COVID-19  lockdown in the country and economic uncertainties caused mental health issues related to anxiety and uneasiness among the people.

Studies have proved that increased stress is connected with decreased immune system response.

Surya Cement and Maithan Steel is optimistic and believes that if the community can come together and harness its collective power to counter the challenging times with innovation we can have a better tomorrow.

The integrated campaign will, therefore, engage consumers and trade partners in ‘creating happy content’ to spread joy.

A regular dose of laughter and happiness will help to re-energise the community and instil optimism.

The first video has been created in-house by putting together video clips sent by Maithan Steel employees and associates to create a non-stop laughter chain.

Surya Cement and Maithan Steel TMT bars feel happiness is more contagious than Covid 19 and it is a great way to improve immunity to combat this pandemic.

This kit contains face mask, face shield, sanitizer, gloves and another protection kit. This kit is powered to help prevent community transmission.

As India enters the unlock 3.0, one of the key measures to stay safe amid the COVID-19 outbreak has been a strong immune system that safeguards us from various infections and the same has been emphasized by the government.
