She defeated Erdenedalai Michidmaa of Mongolia 5-0.
She was competing in the 54kg bantam category, which is a non-Olympic category.
The pugilist from Assam bagged gold in India Open boxing tournament in the 54kg category in May this year.
She defeated Sandhyarani Devi 5-0 in the final bout.
Boro added another gold to her collection in July when she defeated Italy’s veteran boxer Giulia Lamagna 5-0 at the 23rd President’s Cup in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.
Jamuna had been bringing laurels to her home state with her splendid performance in various boxing competitions.
