Restaurants and tea stalls in the green zones of Assam have been allowed to resume operation from Monday as the third phase of lockdown comes into effect.

“Only takeaway and home delivery will be allowed. Food delivery apps like Swiggy and Uber can operate as well,” Sarma added.
Sarma further informed that salons, parlours and spas have not yet been allowed to operate yet.
“However, barbers and beauticians can provide home services,” Sarma informed.
Gymnasiums and fitness centres have also not been permitted to operate, the minister informed.
