Another person, who was declared a foreigner several years back, has been sent to the detention camp after being arrested by border police of Assam’s Jorhat.

The arrested person has been identified as 40-year-old Rajijul Haque.

The border police arrested the man from the Netaji Nagar area of Rajamaidam at Jorhat on Monday night.

A border police source said Haque was declared a foreigner by the Foreigners’ Tribunal of Jorhat in 2006 but he had been absconding since then.
