Arunachal chief minister Pema Khandu on Saturday said that the state aims to inoculate 100 per cent of its population within the next three months.
The Arunachal government has intensified the Covid-19 vaccination drive in the state in view of the rising number of positive cases in the state.
Khandu said that the state health department has been able to inoculate more than half of the state’s eligible population so far.

Meanwhile, the state government also received a consignment of 1 lakh doses of the Covishield vaccine from the central government on Saturday.
A total of 365 fresh Covid-19 cases were detected in the past 24 hours in the state.
There are 3,057 active cases in the state at present.
A total of 8,862 persons received the Covid-19 vaccine on Saturday in the state.
