The food festival focuses on traditional recipes, regional ingredients and cooking methods representing the culinary traditions of different parts of the country.

Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati has launched a food festival, โ€˜Uttar Dakshin โ€“ Jab North Met Southโ€™, at The Great Kebab Factory, featuring cuisines from North and South India. The festival will continue till August 16, 2026.

The festival, which began on July 31, brings together regional dishes from across India through a specially curated menu prepared by the hotelโ€™s culinary team.

The menu includes dishes such as Malabari Kalmi Kabab, Mathania Paneer, Dhungar Adraki Chaapein, Mutton Pulusu, Andhra Masala Prawns, Haryali Badami Tangdi Kabab and Amritsari Fish with Gunpowder Aioli, among other vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
