This web platform was developed after the Ministry of Railways emphasized the culture of ‘Safety First.’

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) released a statement saying, “As part of the initiative, the staff are encouraged as well as rewarded for voluntary disclosure of any unsafe practices or occurrence’s. For voluntary reporting, the required confidentiality is maintained so as to encourage employees to voluntarily report safety hazards, safety risks, potential hazardous conditions, unsafe practices and inadvertent errors. There is also a provision to upload images or a document while reporting any hazards.”

The application also manages and processes information related to any train accidents.
