United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) president Promod Boro on Sunday evening formally inaugurated the central party office for its party workers and supporters at Kokrajhar in Assam.

Speaking on the occasion, Promod Boro said, “The people of the region are batting for ‘change’ in the forthcoming polls and there will be an end to the tyranny, corruption of the ruling party.”

“If the people wholeheartedly give their mandate to our party we are confident of winning all the 40 seats in the BTC polls,” a confident Boro claimed.

Boro further asserted that his party is in talks with regional and national patties to forge an alliance and the decision in regard of pre-poll alliance will be finalized soon.

A central executive meet of the party workers and leaders was also held on the occasion where important decisions and roadmaps for the election where finalized.
