A train carrying security forces on duty for West Bengal election was stopped at New Cooch Behar Station as a result of protest by passengers against inadequate facilities in the train.
The ‘special’ train, which started from Kokrajhar on Thursday morning, reportedly, has no facility in the coaches required for travelling for more than an hour.
