โ€œI officially announce retirement from all forms of the game,โ€ Yusuf Pathan said.

โ€œI thank my family, friends, fans, teams, coaches and the whole country wholeheartedly for all the support and love,โ€ added Yusuf Pathan.

Yusuf Pathan is the elder brother of former India cricketer Irfan Pathan.

Yusuf Pathan represented India in a total of 57 ODIs and 22 T20Is.

Yusuf Pathan made his international debut in 2007.

Yusuf Pathan was a hard-hitting middle-order batsman and a right-handed off-spinner.

โ€œThe time has come today for me to put a full stop to this innings of my life,โ€ Yusuf Pathan said.

โ€œWinning two World Cups for India and lifting Sachin Tendulkar on my shoulders were some of the best moments of my career,โ€ Yusuf Pathan added.

Yusuf was a member of both the T20 and 50-over World Cup-winning India squads of 2007 and 2011 respectively.
