Yahoo Customer Care says ‘sorry’ for the inconvenience caused to the users

Yahoo said it has suffered an outrage on Thursday and its services including Yahoo Mail and website were down for hours.

According to information, Yahoo Mail, which is one of the most popular email services after Google’s Gmail, went down since 12.08 pm (IST).

There are also many Yahoo Mail usres in Northeast India.

Informing about the outrage on its Twitter handle, Yahoo Customer Care tweeted: “You may not be able to access some of our services, including email. Our top priority right now is getting this fixed. We appreciate your patience.”

As its users from across the world continue to complain regarding the problems they have faced, the Yahoo Customer Care in another tweet stated: “We understand how difficult this must be for you. We are working especially hard to fix this. Please stay tuned for updates.”

Yahoo Customer Care in another tweet said they would keep them on the loop and post as soon as the problem is fixed.

“We’re working diligently and will do our best to keep you in the loop as we work to address technical issues with accessing some of our services.  We will be posting as soon as an update is available and thank you for your patience!”

In the latest tweet, Yahoo Customer Care claimed that most of their services are back and said ‘sorry’ for the inconvenience.

However, Yahoo Mail users took to Tweeter to express their frustration.

One of the customers said, “Some of our service”? Your entire network is down. You are losing your customers money…including me. Unbelievable.”

Seeking alternative to Yahoo Mail, another user tweeted: “Time to leave @yahoomail after 20 years – what’s the best alternative?”
