The United States on Tuesday temporarily suspended all immigration to the US to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
US President Donald Trump has announced he will sign an executive order to this effect according to reports.
He tweeted:
‘The attack from the Invisible Enemy as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens.’
However, the BBC report give not give any other details so far.
It comes as the White House also argues the worst of the pandemic is over and the country can begin reopening, the report stated.
