Patanjali Ayurved owned by yoga guru Ramdev is launching an ayurvedic medicine, Coronil, to help treat the novel coronavirus infection on Tuesday at Patanjali Yogpeeth of Haridwar in Uttarakhand.
Earlier this month, Patanjali’s chief executive officer (CEO), Acharya Balkrishna, had claimed that the company has found a cure for COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Baba Ramdev had revealed that COVID-19 patients who were given Coronil – which is made from a mixture of Ashwagandha, Giloy and Tulsi – showed 100 per cent recovery rate.

Balkrishna claimed that an Ayurvedic medicine developed by the company has been able to cure coronavirus19 patients within 5-14 days.
Balkrishna also advised that people should practice yoga, and keep themselves healthy through proper diet to boost the immune system.
