Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national secretary Ram Madhav on Friday lashed out on those political parties who have been opposing CAA and said they don’t have enough knowledge about the Act.
“Citizenship (Amendment) Act is not against any Indian citizen. Those opposing the Act are not aware of its facts and they don’t even make an attempt to know it,” Madhav asserted.

“The opposition parties are misleading the people of the country regarding CAA,” he reiterated.
“People who are opposing CAA are trying to divide CAA on communal grounds as they are unable to face Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the political front,” Madhav added.
The senior BJP leader was speaking at Osmania University here on ‘A Talk on Citizenship Amendment Act’.
