NSCN(IM) general secretary Th Muivah tested negative for Covid19 and was released from the CIHSR hospital in Dimapur.

According to reports, the NSCN(IM) top leader was released from the referral hospital in Dimapur on Monday.

It has been reported that he has been shifted to a lodge near the Agri Expo junction close to the hospital.

NSCN(IM) leader Th Muivah was admitted to the referral hospital on July 22, 2021.

As per reports, Muivah tested positive for Covid19 on July 22 and was hospitalised after he complained of “uneasiness”.

He was admitted to the hospital at around 6:30 pm on July 24.

It was reported that he was rushed to the hospital as his oxygen level dipped.

The 87-year-old NSCN(IM) leader responded well to the treatment and his health condition was stated to be stable after his admission to the hospital.

On July 21, Muivah held a meeting with the Core Committee on Naga Political Issue, led by its convenor, Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio in Dimapur to discuss the implementation of the solution to the Naga issue.

The meeting with the Core Committee on Naga Political Issue (CCoNPI) was held at Rhodendron Hall, Police Complex Chümoukedima.
