Nagaland has registered 123 more COVID19 positive cases on Wednesday, taking the state’s overall tally to 6,163.
According to the latest report of the state’s COVID19 status, shared by the Nagaland government, the new cases have been detected out of 860 tests.
As per the report, prepared by the state health department, out of the new cases, Dimapur district has reported 37 cases, Kohima 16, Tuensang 2 and Mon district has reported 68 cases.
Nagaland currently has 1,075 active COVID19 cases.
A total of 5,020 patients, who were earlier infected by COVID19, have recovered from the disease.
The deadly disease has so far claimed the lives of 12 persons while 5 other positive patients have died due to other ailments.
A total of 46 positive patients have migrated from the state, the report said.
Out of the positive cases, 124 patients are in home quarantine.
A total of 401 persons are currently in facility quarantine while 1,622 other people are in home quarantine, according to the health department report.
