In a major embarrassment to Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio, a public rally at Tuensang had to be cancelled on Friday after hardly 100 people turning up at the venue.

According to reports, the helicopter carrying the Chief Minister reached the spot but had to make a beating retreat around an hour later without holding the rally because of shamelessly poor attendance.
