To fight the COVID19 pandemic, a 7-year-old boy from Venglai in Mizoram’s Kolasib district has come forward to donate his entire savings.
The little boy with a great heart is Rommel Lalmuansanga.
His savings include both notes and coins.
Rommel Lalmuansanga donated his entire savings to the Village Level Task Force to fight against the deadly COVID19.
Sharing images of Rommel Lalmuansanga and his donated money, Mizoram chief minister Zoramthanga on his Twitter handle said: “This tiny bundle contains Rs. 333/- in cash and coins; 7-year-old Rommel Lalmuansanga from Kolasib Venglai donated his entire savings to his Village Level Task Forces in this war against the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic.”

To fight against COVID-19, a kindergarten student from Bhubaneswar in Odisha has also contributed his entire piggy bank savings to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

The Upper KG student, identified as Ayush Das, who studies in DAV Public School, donated Rs 1,137 from his piggy bank to the CMRF.
Ayush said he wants to donate his savings to the CM Relief Fund and wished that Odisha and India are saved from COVID19 pandemic.
This gesture of the young student has been appreciated by everyone and his act stands as a testimony to the fact when it comes to doing noble need, age is just a number.
