Meghalaya chief minister Conrad Sangma has urged the elected representative to oversee the vaccination process in their respective districts so that maximum numbers of people receive the Covid-19 vaccine.
They have been directed to chalk out a proper plan to achieve their respective targets of vaccination.
The chief minister also reviewed the ongoing Covid-19 vaccination drive in the state.

He took stock of the vaccination process in all districts during a virtual meeting with deputy commissioners held at Shillong on Monday
However, more effort has to be put by all to reach the optimum level of vaccination.
Sangma said that the number of people receiving the vaccine have gone up in the past few days.
