Khushboo Firdous of Brilliant Academy Junior College of Darrang district in Assam who secured the first position in Arts stream in the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination 2019 desires to to work for the betterment of the State in the future.

The brilliant student bagged the first position by securing 95.6 per cent marks.
Khushboo got a total of 478 marks out of 500. Apart from Economics, she got letter marks in all the five subjects.

Khushboo secured 93 in English, 98 in Alternative English, 96 in Anthropology, 98 in Logic & Philosophy, 93 in Geography and 55 in Economics.

Meanwhile it is festive mood in Darrang district where the students of Brilliant Academy rejoiced at Khushboo’s academic feat. While talking to the media, Khushboo said that her parents and the teachers of her college had helped and motivated her to perform brilliantly.

Khushboo’s hobbies are reading and listening to music. She also said that she used to study regularly for her HS examination.
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council declared the higher secondary results of all the three streams of science, arts and commerce on Saturday.
