A smorgasbord tour awaits the patrons with ingredients and a special section showcasing the dishes unique to a country.
Each brunch, dedicated to the country – will offer food, drinks and décor – a mini preview of the country’s local cuisine and culture.
So while Vivanta will present the Syrian and Lebanese cuisine with its customary flat breads, pickles, dips, salads and meats, another few Sunday brunches will take its customers on a tour to experience the aromatic rice dishes of South East Asian countries with its generous lashings of sea food, meats, herbs and exotic sauces.
