Vivanta Guwahati has come up with a unique concept of taking the workaholics for a world tour in just 12 Sundays.

Exploring local cuisines is one of the best ways to experience the local culture of a place.

But what do you do if time and work constraints prevents you from traveling out of the city – but you are still left yearning?

With this in mind – Vivanta Guwahati is dedicating the next 12 Sundays of the month of August and September – and its special brunch afternoons to 12 different countries spread across the continents.

A smorgasbord tour awaits the patrons with ingredients and a special section showcasing the dishes unique to a country.

Each brunch, dedicated to the country – will offer food, drinks and décor – a mini preview of the country’s local cuisine and culture.

So while Vivanta will present the Syrian and Lebanese cuisine with its customary flat breads, pickles, dips, salads and meats, another few Sunday brunches will take its customers on a tour to experience the aromatic rice dishes of South East Asian countries with its generous lashings of sea food, meats, herbs and exotic sauces.

The ever popular Italian cuisine with its variety of pastas, bruschetta’s, cheeses, pizzas can be relished as much as the classical French cuisine another day.

In this manner each Sunday will be revealing a cuisine to explore.

The countries to be covered in the food tour are Italy, France, Mexico, Japan, Greece, Thailand, Syria, Lebanon, Mexico, China, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the American continent.

With exciting offers from the very first brunch of the series, patrons can collect their brunch passports from the restaurant to avail exiting offers for each successive meal to unveil exciting delights to its patrons.
