Sensation prevails after the recovery of a woman’s body from Misa river in Assam‘s Kaliabor.
The woman’s body was found floating in Misa river in the Nagaon district.

The body has been identified as that of Brinda Goala, a resident of Badulipara under Assam’s Golaghat district.
Sources said the woman came to visit the house of Ganesh Goala in Misa Reserve on Sunday.
The locals said she went out to the river at the nature’s call.

The Misa police have started an investigation into the case after fishing out the body from the river.
During the preliminary investigation, it could not be established whether it was a case of suicide.
