The ACA constituted a 5-member accounts verification committee, headed by veteran sports organizer Jamshed Khan, to scrutinize the accounts and ascertain the allegations of misuse of funds.
The accounts verification committee doubted misuse of at least Rs 50 crore of ACA funds in forms of booking hotel rooms, air ticket, food during cricket events, etc.
