Assam Congress leader Sushmita Dev has asserted that the people of the State wants change.
“Assam wants change and Congress will strive hard to ensure we fulfil its aspirations,” said Sushmita Dev.
Expressing confidence that the Assam Congress-led Grand Alliance will win the elections and form the next Government in the State, Sushmita Dev said that the response on the for the grand-old party is overwhelming.
“The response on the ground has been overwhelming beyond measure and the love of the people is indescribable,” said Sushmita Dev.
Sushmita Dev said this while taking part in a Padyatra at Malugram in Silchar on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Congress’ Lok Sabha MP from Assam – Pradyut Bordoloi has said that the Congress will ensure stable progress in Assam.
“Assam’s future will unfold varied development opportunities for everyone through ‘Axom Congressor Jan Manifesto’, which brings with a committed roadmap for secure and stable progress!” said Pradyut Bordoloi.
