Guwahati: At least two people were killed while two were injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday in Sonitpur, Assam.
As per reports, the two died after a vehicle allegedly speeding collided with an auto-rickshaw in Tezpur, Sonitpur.

The people killed in the accident were identified as Manav Nath and Suman Nath.
The other two injured in the accident were identified as Kamal Nath and Ramen Nath.

They were admitted to the hospital for medical attention in a critical condition.
The vehicle reportedly was at a very high speed and fled the spot before anyone could identify it.
The police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
