Giving an indication that the bed capacity in the two Covid Care hospitals in Darrang district is not sufficient to deal with the growing cases of Covid19, the district administration again declared the Kendriya Vidyalaya Mangaldai as a Covid Care Centre.

In a notification, the Darrang deputy commissioner on Sunday announced his decision.

In the first wave of Covid19, the school was used as a Covid Care Centre.
