To mitigate the panicking among it’s customers during the nation-wide 21 days coronavirus lockdown, a gas agency in Assam’s Hojai has began to deliver LPG cylinders door to door to all of it’s customers.
Talking to this correspondent, Naresh Agarwal, owner of Shivam Bharat Gas Agency said, “We are also in a state of panic, but we have to serve the nation, it’s our responsibility.”

He said the agency has taken all adequate measures to protect it’s staffs and delivery boys, so they can delivery the cylinder hassle free.
“Proper gloves, mask, hand sanitizer, identity cards are given to the delivery boys, for customers convenience, both cash and digital payment modes are available,”Agarwal added.
Agarwal said, “Customers are requested not to come out to the agency at the present situation, they can call us for any query.”

Regarding availability of stock, he said, there is no crisis of stock.
“People shouldn’t panic, but they should only stay at home for the nation,” he added.
“Bharat Gas Agency is providing excellent service, when the lockdown was declared we were wondering how will we manage to get cylinders but service of this agency has won our hearts,” a customer, Abinash Das of Santiban area told.
