ASTU on Wednesday announced the revised schedule for the Assam Combined Entrance Examination 2020 (Assam CEE 2020).
The examination has been postponed twice due to the COVID19 pandemic.
The Assam CEE 2020, as per a notification issued on June 4, 2020, was rescheduled to be held on August 2, 2020.
But the examination has been further delayed as COVID19 positive cases continue to rise in Assam.

The member secretary, CEE 2020, Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) on Wednesday issued the latest public notice on Assam CEE 2020 with the revised schedule of the examination.
In continuation of the public notice (No ASTU/CEE/2020/627/PN3), issued by ASTU on June 4, 2020, the member secretary announced the revised date of the Assam CEE 2020 on Wednesday.
According to the latest notification, the admit cards will be issued online from September 15 till the date of the examination.
The Assam CEE 2020 will now be held on September 20, 2020, the ASTU said in its latest notification.
The examination timing is 11 am-2 pm.
It said the examination results will be announced on or before September 30, 2020.
“Any alteration of the date of examination for commencement of examination will be notified by a separate notification,” the member secretary said in the notification.
Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) would keep students updated about the latest developments and information regarding Assam CEE 2020 through the University website www.astu.ac.in.
The candidates and their parents/guardians have been advised to keep visiting the university websitewww.astu.ac.in.
“The candidates may also contact online technical helpline numbers 08472880277, 09769199421, 09619452109 for online submission and payment issues query,” the member secretary further said.
