Name of post : Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Qualification & Experience : Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

i) Shall be capable of keeping, managing and finalization of the accounts, generate cash-flow statements, expense statements, vendor payments, taxation, preparation of Invoices, keeping auditable accounts, budget control, etc. as per applicable law & accounting standards.

ii) Shall be responsible to handle Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and all other financial audits as become applicable to Company from time to time.

iii) Shall have experience of handling various aspects of financial and accounting system in an organisation of repute. Preference shall be given to candidates from power / infrastructure sector.

iv) Shall be familiar with Tally / SAP / ERP based Accounting system and have hands on experience with Contract Accounting.

v) Shall have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Name of post : Assistant Manager (Project & Services)

Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical (with at least 60% marks) from reputed Engineering College / Institution with minimum 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

Job Roles :

i) Shall have experience in design of battery energy storage system (BESS) with strong understanding of layout optimization and major equipment

ii) Shall have good project management capabilities and knowledge of fundamental Project Management principles (i.e. estimating and planning, risk management, status reporting, budget tracking, benefits analysis, stakeholder management and communication, resource management) and to apply them independently in complex situations

iii) Shall have intermediate knowledge of civil / structural and electrical / controls and advance knowledge of engineering design principles, applicable design guide and standards

iv) Shall have working knowledge of procurement & control administration and proposal process

v) Shall be ready to take any other assignments assigned time-to-time during Project & O&M phase

vi) Liaison with statutory, regulatory, legal or environment authorities for information and / or approvals

vii) Reinforce relationship with various stakeholders including society

viii) Strong communicator with a can do attitude and ability to convey complex issues concisely and accurately

Name of post : Personal Assistant cum Admin Officer to CEO

Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 03 to 05 years post qualification relevant experience. However, Candidate with 2 years full time PG Degree / PG Diploma with specialization in HRM / IR / Social Works shall be preferred

Job Roles :

i) Providing high-level secretarial support involving efficient handling of top & confidential correspondence, management of document flow, screening telephone calls, taking dictation & minutes, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority & directing various queries to relevant departments

iii) Filtering requests for appointments & arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments

iv) Providing support to meetings including follow-up actions and preparation of reports and power point presentations

v) Making Travel Arrangements & Hotel Booking and handling any other activities assigned time-to-time
