Guwahati: In a significant show of solidarity ahead of the Assam Assembly election resultstopood here on Sunday. Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) president Lurinjyoti Gogoi, who issued a statement late on Sunday evening, highlighted the outcome of the meeting.

โ€œOpposition forces will unite and advance in the interest of the rights of Assamese residents, the protection of democracy, and development. The meeting concluded with a firm commitment to progress through unity, resolve, and people-oriented politics,โ€ Gogoi stated.
