Imphal: Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh attended the nationwide launch of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Campaign against cervical cancer on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Auditorium Hall, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Imphal East.
