After Khowai and Teliamura, the third body sanitizer machine was installed at Kumarghat town in Unakoti district of Tripura

As the COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the country, different state governments and district administrations have taken up various measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

Different organisations- including both private and government- have initiated different schemes and programmes to fight COVID-19.

Installations of body sanitizer machines are one such initiative and the machine installed at Kumarghat town has been sponsored by Ariyan organization.

It was installed at Pabiachara Bazar area of the town as people in large numbers visits the market to buy one thing or the other.

Now, anyone coming to the market will have to walk through this sanitising machine, which will sanitize the human person.

Unakoti MLA Bhagaban Das inaugurated the body sanitizing machine and he emphasizes on the importance of the machine amid the coronavirus outbreak.

It is worth mentioning here that the state government on Thursday declared Tripura as a COVID-19 free state as the second positive case was also discharged from the hospital after treatment.
