Search engine giant Google on Saturday showcased a highly creative doodle featuring various frontline workers as a mark of appreciation towards their efforts to curb the coronavirus pandemic.
The doddle featured illustrations of doctors, nurses, sanitation workers, police personnel, delivery staff, farmers, teachers, researchers, grocery workers among others between the letters ‘G’ and ‘g ‘ of the word Google.
The doodle also features a heart emoji and hovering the cursor over the doodle brings the message- ‘To all coronavirus helpers, thank you’.
Clicking on the doddle brings out the search query-‘Thank you coronavirus helpers.’
The message ‘Stay home to thank those who are helping us’ is also shown as a link below the search bar and clicking on it brings out a YouTube video of Google India titled ‘ Where there’s help, there’s hope.’
The video shows the common search queries people have been looking for amid the coronavirus pandemic like how to help the community, the elderly, information on handwashing and social distancing and ways of helping the needy.
It also features messages from various medical staff and people praising them for their sincere duties
Last week, Google wrote about bringing a series of doodles in honour of healthcare workers for their service.
Google India on Friday said that the best way to help the frontline workers is by staying at home.
