On Thursday night two test-tube babies were born in a hospital in Agartala, bringing some smiles on the faces of many amid this testing times.
The twin girls born on Thursday are a part of the first batch of test-tube babies of the state.
Doctors informed that both the babies and the mother are fine and there are no complications.
Last month the first test-tube baby of the state was born in Agartala under supervision of Partha Pratim Saha.
“In the first batch of test-tube babies, only 50 per cent mother could conceive,” doctors informed.
“Last month the first test-tube baby was born but it was premature,” doctors further added.
