In a shocking incident, a man was allegedly killed by his son in Lakhimpur and the accused was allegedly helped by the victim’s wife and daughter-in-law.
As per reports, one Pawan Saikia of Badhakara Majgaon area of Lakhimpur was thrown into a river.
Sources informed that there was a dispute in the family and late Saikia might have become a victim of this dispute.
The police have taken int custody his wife Dharmeswari Sikia, son Dilip Saikia, daughter-in-law Pinky Saikia and granddaughter Munkon Saikia.
The police are investigating the incident.
