Guwahati: A mob vandalized a missionary school in Mancherial district, Telangana, and assaulted staff members after the principal questioned students wearing religious attire.

The incident arose when the principal, Jaimon Joseph, noticed students in saffron clothing and inquired about it.

The students explained they were observing a religious ritual, but the situation escalated following a misleading social media post claiming the school banned Hindu attire.
