Begin your day with a glass of warm lemon and honey water

Always have raw food like salads and soups before gorging on the main course of a wedding menu

Take smaller plates of food and make sure that whatever you eat, eat it slowly and chew properly

Chew 1 tsp of fennel seeds after every meal

Sip on CCF (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel) Tea whenever you feel bloated

Eat with gratitude , not guilt and make sure to count your blessings and not calories
