The founder of the Rs. 200 crore fashion and jewellery company Rubans Accessories shared that she had to leave her house at the age of 15 years after an argument with her father

With Rs.300 in her pocket, she left home, stayed at a railway station for two days and got engrossed later as a salesgirl selling door-to-door household products

She even worked as a distributor and customer care executive and after marriage undertook a beautician course and ran a salon at home

Her turning point came when she participated in Gladrags Mrs. India and was inspired to start a jewellery business

As a lady who struggled for money and undertook massive risks, her moving story impressed the Sharks

Her business signed a deal of  Rs 1 crore for 1% equity and Rs 50 Lakhs debt at a 12% of interest rate from Sharks Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta, and Vineeta Singh

Chinu Kala recently wrote in a LinkedIn post that she is not an IIM graduate, nor a master's degree holder but a class seven dropout

She revealed that her success didn't come from books but rather from her own experiences and interactions.

Kala revealed that she climbed the ladder of success after accepting her flaws and learning from them and when she discovered that the power of self-mentoring is very powerful
