teaspoon

cinnamon powder
in your cup of
tea or coffee
that you have in the
morning
Drink a glass of
bittergourd juice
that have been made from t
wo bittergourds
(with skin attached)
along with your breakfast
A
teaspoon of methi seed
powder can be consumed
after lunch
and
dinner
to see a dip in the
high blood sugar levels
Walk
around for
fifteen minutes daily
after having your lunch and dinner
