She suggested some ways of controlling blood sugar in an easier and affordable manner if you feel that medicines haven’t been of much help to you

Here are Mukerjee’s ways by which you can control your high level of blood sugar to a good degree if you are suffering from Type 2 diabetes -

Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in your cup of tea or coffee that you have in the morning

Drink a glass of bittergourd juice that have been made from two bittergourds (with skin attached) along with your breakfast

A teaspoon of methi seed powder can be consumed after lunch and dinner to see a dip in the high blood sugar levels

Walk around for fifteen minutes daily after having your lunch and dinner
