Ingredients- 1-1/4 cup Walnuts, 75gms Sesame seeds, 1-1/4 cup Besan, 1-1/4 tsp Saunth (Dry Ginger powder), 3 tsp Cardamom powder, 250g Dates,  50g Gond (Edible gum), 2 tsp Desi Ghee (Clarified butter)

Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tsp of Desi Ghee in a pan and add Gond. When the Gond fritters, remove from heat and grind into a powder.
