Asher, who lost her daughter at a very young age and also suffered a blow on the death of her two sons due to serious ailments, started her food business at the age of 77 years
Her grandson Harsh who also fractured his lip in an accident and had suffered financial losses in his business was wholeheartedly inspired and supported by her

Here is an easy cabbage pakoda recipe that you can make for a nutritious evening snack-
To make cabbage pakoda, you will need a cabbage, salt, turmeric powder, coriander, green chillies, hing and gramflour
Chop the cabbage into small pieces in a bowl and then slit cut four green chillies over it
Add salt, some chopped coriander , half teaspoon of turmeric powder, one-fourth teaspoon hing, two teaspoons oil in the mixture
Mix the whole batter well and finally add four tablespoons of gram flour over it
Give it a good mix, add 2 tablespoons of gram flour again, sprinkle some water and knead everything well
Heat oil in a pan, add small portion of the kneaded mixture in it and then fry it well
Serve and enjoy these pakodas with your family with a good cup of hot tea
