Curd is sour in taste, hot in nature and takes a longer period to undergo digestion due to which we often feel heavy after consuming it

It improves strength and digestive power so it might be a good food for you that if you are looking to gain weight

Curd is best to be avoided by people with obesity, Kapha disorders, bleeding disorders and inflammatory conditions.

While having dinner at night, you should stay away from consuming curd as it leads to heaviness of abdomen and causes mucous formation which increase chances of diabetes & cholesterol issues

Curd should never be mixed with fruits as it is a channel blocker and long time consumption of this type of dish would trigger metabolic issues and allergies.

Moreover, curd is also incompatible to be consumed after having meat or fish as it can produce toxins in the body
