In an interview with ELLE, Patani revealed that she follows the traditional and common haircare routine i.e. oiling it twice a week and using a mild shampoo and conditioner for washing hair

If you also follow the same haircare routine as Patani and still have hairfall issues, you can do these practices as suggested by Ayurveda expert Dr. Dixa Bhavsar Savaliya-

1. Start waking up by 7 AM and going to bed by 10 PM and try to stay away from your cellphones for atleast 1 hour after you wake up and before you sleep

2. Don’t comb your hair right after washing it and keep it wrapped in a towel for few minutes to let it dry naturally and skip the hair dryer

3. Use a hair oil that best suits your hair and ensure that you massage your scalp gently for 10 minutes after oiling your hair once or twice a week

4. If you don’t like to keep the oil on your hair for a day, you can keep it atleast 2 hours before washing

5. Work on your stress by meditation, practicing gratitude or journaling, have a good nutritious meal daily and always stay hydrated
