Sweet Potato Ragi Cheela INGREDIENTS- Sweet potato - 100 g, Ragi flour - 30 g , Veggies of choice- 50 g, Sesame seeds - 5 g, Spices as per taste

METHOD: Peel and boil the sweet potato. In a bowl mash sweet potato, add chopped veggies, ragi flour and spices. Mix it well. Add required water in it and make a thick batter.Heat and spray oil in tawa. Pour the batter on tawa and cook it from both the sides and enjoy.

Paneer Veggies Bowl INGREDIENTS- Hung curd - 1/2 cup , Paneer- 100 g, Veggies of your choice- 100 g, Oil- 1 tsp , Spices as per taste

METHOD: Marinate the paneer with spices and seasonings and cook in a pan until done. Now take a bowl, add cutted veggies, Hungcurd & seasonings, mix it well. Assemble paneer and veggies and enjoy.

Sprouts Khichri INGREDIENTS- Sprouted moong - 30 g, Rice- 10 g , Spices as per taste, Ghee- 1 tsp

METHOD: Mix sprouted moong and rice in a bowl and set aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add a pinch of hing and cumin seeds. Add all the spices. Add sprouts and rice mixture and stir it properly. Add water and cooked it properly.

Spinach Bajra Dosa INGREDIENTS- Bajra - 20 g , Dal - 10 g, Fenugreek seeds- 5 g, Spinach - 100 g, Tofu - 30 g, Salt as per taste

METHOD: In a bowl soak bajra, dal and fenugreek seeds for 4-5 hours. In a blender add spinach and soaked ingredients and blend it well. Add salt into it and make a thin batter. Heat and spray oil on tawa. Pour the batter on it. Cook it from both the sides and garnish it with tofu and enjoy.

Chilli Paneer Gravy INGREDIENTS- Paneer- 100 g , Capsicum – 1, Onion- 1 , Ginger garlic paste, Soy sauce,  Chillisauce , Black peppercorns ,Cornflour , Salt , Oil

METHOD: Heat and spray oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Add all veggies and saute them for few minutes. Add all the sauces and mix it well. In a bowl, add water and cornflour and mix it. Add paneer and cornflour water to the pan and mix it well. Add more water if required and add salt and cook it properly. Turn off the flame once the gravy thickens & serve it hot with rice or noodles.
