Israel on Sunday continued with its air strikes on Hamas strongholds, targeting the home of Hamas chief in Gaza. 

Israel targeted the home of Yehya Al-Sinwar, who since 2017 has headed the political and military wings of Hamas in Gaza. 

With Israel and Hamas showing no intent of bogging down, the conflict between the two sides on Sunday entered seventh day. 

At least three Palestinians lost their lives in the Israeli air strikes early on Sunday morning.

Meanwhile, the Hamas retaliated by firing a barrage of rockets at Tel Aviv. 

At least 10 person sustained injuries in the rocket strike by the Hamas at Tel Aviv. 

At least 148 have been killed in Gaza since the violence beginning of the conflict on Monday last. 

On Sunday, Israel knocked down a 12-storeyed building in Gaza in an air strike.

The Israel military said the al-Jala building was a legitimate military target. 

The Israel-Hamas conflict began on Monday last after a clash broke out between the Israeli police and Palestinians near the Al- Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. 

Hamas began its rocket assault on Monday last after weeks of tensions over a court case to evict several Palestinian families in East Jerusalem.
